W&LE #302 GP40-3 is shoving East on #2 track on the CSX New Castle Sub at MP BG130.9 at 4:57 pm. This is empty stone train Z642-23. Train will shove to BD interlocking then cross over to #1 track to MP BG128.9, which is the W&LE connection.
