Who wouldve thought NS 4001 was supposedly on an H-SLADEN about two weeks before this. It was actually on an H-SLABAR... Then it comes out of nowhere on a northbound U-ELPGUE ballast train. I missed 4001. But then 4003 gets taken off of an oil train in Denver and gets put on this, an H-DENAMS. Crazy that not one but two of the NS mane rebuild units came through in roughly two weeks and that I was able to catch one of them. Despite the power being assigned by 1430, the train didnt actually leave Denver until about 1745, and then it worked Big Lift so it only got to Fountain at around 2250, when this was taken... Late night but COMPLETELY worth it, as this is probably my catch of the year and its only September... I mean come on how do you get much better than NS 4003, and not one but TWO H2 C44-9Ws, other than making 4003 lead
