What a surprise this was! I went out to catch it around 2pm (it passed Birmingham at 1250) but never saw it. I went home, ate lunch, and didnt return to my spot until 6pm to catch 1853. Lo and behold, at almost 7pm, 1869 appears out of nowhere going about 5mph! Still leading its empty Herzog ballast train. Not really sure why
