As the daylight begins to fade away, a trio of K&O locomotives head west running light power from the railroads Orient Yard. This was the KOWIC, which is the interchange job that runs to the BNSF yard in Wichita. On a normal day, the train builds its consist in Orient Yard, but on this day, the consist was sitting in a siding southwest of the yard. The three locomotives, WAMX 4245, 4010 and 4246, are pictured here as they leave the yard heading to pick up their consist.
