amtrak 164 at the brand new Newport news amtrak station next to interstate 64 loading passengers this is the 2nd special amtrack ive caught despite 161 (rip) but im glad i caught it outta the blue! wasnt even detected on the radar on this app! i spotted this on a overpass immediately told my mom to turn around to get a picure of it and im glad I did!
