2nd time in a month I’ve already seen it! And the 2nd time I’ve seen it before. I was told Union Pacific 1989 the “Rio Grande” was trailing 3rd of 3 other locomotives on MRVOA-28 heading to Oakland. So I headed out to catch it! And here it is!
