Union Pacific 1983, the Western Pacific heritage unit, leading an intermodal consist under classic desert light. The orange and silver chevron scheme was striking as it rolled past, with UP 6289 trailing close behind. Captured using a Canon R7 paired with the RF100-400mm F5.6-8 IS USM lens for reach and sharpness, supported by a DJI RS gimbal for stability. The lighting, terrain, and color made for a perfect opportunity to catch this unit in actiondefinitely a highlight of the day.
