C&NW 6706 is seen here leading O-WVT4 just about to pull into Barnes Yard and head to Terminal 4. The final C&NW unit on UP as now even the stored ones are gone (or about to be rebuilt if they havent yet) leaving this engine as the sole C&NW survivor on UP as a whole. This train was originally going to come a few hours earlier but got delayed and I was actually able to go see it because of that because I guess the stars just aligned yesterday and today. Apparently today also seems to be the 30th anniversary of C&NW merging with UP. This unit is somehow still surviving and dodging the paint shop but who knows how much longer that will manage to last so its worth grabbing if given the chance.
