8103 rolls past the Harrisburg Amtrak station on 12G/manifest to Enola Yard at 1700 local. Being led by 8114 Norfolk Southern and with a GP38-2/slug combo. Spent all day trying to see it but manifest trains on the Lurgen Branch seem to be low priority.
